Keto Cheddar Bacon Ranch Burgers
Cheddar Bacon Ranch Burgers
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 6-8 strips Nitrate Free Bacon
- 1 medium White Onion
- Green Leaf Lettuce OR Hamburger Buns
- Black Pepper to taste
- Pink Himalayan Sea Salt to taste
- Red Pepper Flakes to taste
- Garlic Powder to taste
Place ground beef into a medium size bowl. Salt and pepper to taste, add in 1/4 of your shredded cheese then level out beef and quarter.
Cut bacon into 1/2 inch pieces and set to the side. Chop onion into your preferred size and set aside. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Roll quartered pieces of beef into balls then smash with your palm. Add a small amount of cheese and 2-3 bacon pieces to center of patty. Fold the sides over the middle until the stuffing is completely covered. You don't want your stuffing to be bursting out while cooking!
Place patties into skillet over medium high heat and brown for 3-4 minutes each side. Put burgers on a baking sheet and place uncovered in oven for 10-15 minutes or until it's cooked throughout.
Place on green leaf lettuce or these low-carb buns, top with your favorite toppings and SERVE!
These burgers are the perfect meal for when you want something different but don’t want to get off track. I whipped up a quick avocado ranch to eat on top and it was so perfect. I hope you all enjoy these as much as my family and I did!
