8 Minute Teriyaki Salmon

This 8 minute teriyaki salmon is a game changer! Full of protein, omegas, and straight up delicious! PLUS, it’s quick and super easy!

Although I like seafood, it’s not my favorite thing ever. I’m definitely a meat and potatoes gal, gimme a steak and all is good in the world. So when Tyler asked me if I would eat a pescatarian diet with them, I was hesitant to say the least. It’s been a week and I’ve survived solely thanks to Pinterest recipes. (Follow me to see all the super easy recipes I found)

I like Asian inspired fish recipes the most and I always have liquid aminos on hand so I threw together this super easy marinade/glaze and it was delicious. This recipe is crazy quick too, it was all together in less than 30 minutes, including prep AND clean-up. Okay I know you’re drooling so here’s the recipe for your new favorite salmon.

You won’t need much, I typically have everything that this recipe called for on hand.

I love it! It’s delicious but light. Easily could add some rice if the veggies aren’t enough. Let me know how you like it! Thank you!
