This 8 minute teriyaki salmon is a game changer! Full of protein, omegas, and straight up delicious! PLUS, it’s quick and super easy!
Although I like seafood, it’s not my favorite thing ever. I’m definitely a meat and potatoes gal, gimme a steak and all is good in the world. So when Tyler asked me if I would eat a pescatarian diet with them, I was hesitant to say the least. It’s been a week and I’ve survived solely thanks to Pinterest recipes. I like Asian inspired fish recipes the most and I always have liquid aminos on hand so I threw together this super easy marinade/glaze and it was delicious. This recipe is crazy quick too, it was all together in less than 30 minutes, including prep AND clean-up. Okay I know you’re drooling so here’s the recipe for your new favorite salmon.
You won’t need much, I typically have everything that this recipe called for on hand.

8 Minute Teriyaki Salmon
Teriyaki salmon that is full of flavor and takes just 8 minutes to cook!

- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp Liquid Aminos
- 1 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
- 1-2 cloves Minced Garlic

In a large bowl, mix your Worcestershire sauce, liquid aminos, half of your green onion, half of your garlic, and half of your teriyaki sauce together. Place filets into bowl and place in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
In a skillet or cast iron pan, put the rest of your garlic in with your oil/butter/ghee and let it cook over medium high heat for about 1 minute.
Season your salmon to taste then add the filets to the skillet and let the first side sear for about 5 minutes. Flip and lower heat to medium and let cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove salmon, top with the rest of your teriyaki sauce (if desired) and garnish with the rest of your green onion. DONE!
